Our main office is located in Saskatoon, SK but we do also have positions available for individuals in remote locations.

EXPERT @ HOME SET-UP AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

RuralEx will provide the following:

  • A Softphone
  • A professional grade headset
  • Phone service

These items or services will be available to the Communication Experts for the term of their Work-From-Home Program.

You must have your own PC System that meets the following requirements:

  • High speed internet (DSL or Cable modem minimum)
  • Processor - Intel Pentium III 700 MHz or equivalent (optimal is a Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or equivalent)
  • Memory - 256 MB RAM
  • Hard Disk Space - 30 MB
  • Operating System - Windows 2000 or Windows XP
  • Connection - IP network connection (broadband, LAN, wireless)
  • Sound Adapter - Full-duplex, 16-bit

EXPERT @ HOME INFORMATION

Are you an Expert @ Home candidate? Answer the following five questions to find out:

  1. Can you satisfy the PC system requirements?
  2. Do you have a private work space?
  3. Are you able to avoid distractions?
  4. Will you have 3 hour blocks (minimum) of uninterrupted time?
  5. Are you self disciplined and self motivated?

If you said yes to all of the questions above you should contact us immediately to discuss the Expert @ Home program.

If you said no to any of the questions above don’t be discouraged. We offer great opportunities in our office and you may still be a candidate for our Expert @ Home program.
